Mathew Gent

While up in the North East, Matt developed a love for theatre through local stage school and school productions which would lead him to study at the Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in London.

This training would prepare him for a hugely diverse body of work: Matt has performed in shows of all kinds, from the West End productions of “Les Miserables”, “The Phantom of the Opera”, and “Sweeney Todd”, UK and worldwide tours of “The Last Tango” and “The Pirates Of Penzance”, and leading in-house venues like Leicester Curve and The English Theatre, Frankfurt.

He’s worked in small scale fringe venues, right up to concert arenas like the Royal Albert Hall and London’s O2. His work as a singer has taken him around the world with numerous cruise lines including P&O and Cunard as well as leading London cabaret venues The Crazy Coqs and The Hippodrome Casino.
