With core strength, flexibility, and stamina the base line for every dancer it is important to keep fit and strong. this class is design to get you whipped into shape while keeping a fun light hearted atmosphere where students can focus on getting their groove on and let the fitness take care of its self

Students will use a dance-based, routine workout coupled with functional movement to shape up to a wide variety fast-paced popular music.
